Huge Topper For April Fools? Rocket League Players Love The “Massive Topper” Bug

As you know, there is not special event to celebrate April Fools' Day in Rocket League, but this year, it seems to be different with the Huge Toppers happening to many players’ Battle-Car in game, although Psyonix says it is a bug in the system that's given Rocket League a different kind of MASSIVE TOPPER!

Anyone who has played Rocket League lately may have noticed what appears to be a developer mishap. Many Battle-Car Toppers in the game are currently stuck in what Psyonix calls “an experimental ‘Embiggened Mode” that has apparently been triggered by a specific numerical sequence found in the game’s chronometer.

We are not sure whether this is on purpose or just a crazy coincidence, the bug just happens to come by the day before April's Fool Day is producing some hilarious results. Unlike most bugs that make players annoyed, angry, or upset, everybody is loving the new huge toppers and thinks them looks hilarious. So many players are hoping make the bug a permanent feature or at least an option one can toggle on or off.

Rocket League is only a few days away from its biggest update this year, but at the moment developer Psyonix has to address the oversized pigeon. Community Manager Devin Connors said on the Rocket League website. "We are working to address it, but our engineers seem to think that letting the chronometer run its cycle will likely clear everything up by tomorrow. In the meantime, please be aware that your favorite Hard Hat may look humongous, Mr. Hot Pepper will appear monstrous, and, yes, your Trucker Hat may be temporarily titanic." This issue might even be fixed before Rocket League Tournaments Update.
